The tender documents for the procurement of goods, works, consulting services and non-consultant services relating to the consultations published by the MC Timor-Leste Agency. In addition to the publication notice (Specific Procurement Notice – SPN), each tender dossier consists of a Request for Proposal (RFP) and a letter of invitation or Request for Quotation, depending on the selection method chosen for consultation. The terms of reference for the consultation are also included in the tender documents.
